10. Mobile Messaging (SMS)

If you opt in, Mirakel Frequency sends recurring session-reminder texts (about 2–3 per session day) and occasional event alerts you separately opt into. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers collected for SMS are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

11. Email Analytics

Emails we send may include a small tracking image (a “pixel”) and measurement links that tell us whether a message was opened or clicked, along with technical details your mail provider shares when loading it (such as a device user-agent string and IP address). We use this only to understand whether our emails are useful and deliverable; it is never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing. Many mail apps load images through privacy proxies or block them entirely — disabling image loading in your mail app prevents open tracking. Every marketing email also includes a one-click unsubscribe that stops all marketing email from us.
