High quality bluetooth noise canceling headphones such as Bose Quiet Comfort II and a high speed wifi / cellular signal / direct ethernet router connection will allow for a clearer signal. For i-phone users (lightning cable - to 3.5mm aux) use an audio adapter to listen with wired headphones for highest quality experience.

Create space for yourself where you can close the door, in a quiet environment with no disturbances. Gather blankets and pillows for a comfortable temperature and position for your body. We recommend a bolster under your kneels if you are laying down (most clients lay down). Optionally recommended is an eye mask and a glass of fresh spring water with a pinch of Celtic sea salt to imbue with your intention and drink following your session. Come to your session with no expectations of what may or may not occur. Be open. Stay curious. Invite the sensations. Explore your inner world. Be free to go natural and be you.

Mirakel Frequencies can have unique effects on energy and sleep and is a case by base basis. Most report the best night of sleep in a long time and feeling super rested and energized the next day. Some are experiencing deep levels of clearing and require rest and integration following the sessions. Always expect the best, but be open to some big shifts and the need to slow down. Occasionally but not often people will feel so energized after their RASHA that they are unable to sleep easily that evening due to extreme levels of inspiration.

Each day we will have two sessions available for separate time zones. You only need to do one meditation per day, so if you miss the first there will be one more. If you are unable to make one of the 12 sessions, you will be ok. Understand that energetically you are still part of the container, and if you have the ability to close your eyes and tune in, you will be amazed at the wonders of the quantum non-local experience.
